Obton A/S has transferred the majority of its assets and competencies to Renewable Energy Company A/S. Renewable Energy Company A/S was established in September 2025 through the merger of the three investment funds Obton Stabil, Obton Impact, and Fond 1.

As a result of this transition, Obton Forvaltning’s Investor Portal has been closed and is no longer accessible.

Obton Forvaltning A/S is no longer active as an investment manager. However, both Obton A/S and Obton Forvaltning A/S continue to exist as legal entities.

Obton A/S is headed by CEO Hans Peter Vestergaard, while Obton Forvaltning A/S is headed by CEO Ole Malling.
