Establishment

Obton A/S was established in 2006, and is among Denmark’s biggest providers of investments in European PV systems. The company administrates currently investments for around € 120 mill. In 2009 the company provided investments for around € 40 mill and this positive trend is expected to continue.

Projects to smaller and medium sized investors
Obton A/S provides investment opportunities to smaller and medium sized investors, which normally isn’t available for this size of investors. The idea has proven its value, as all projects have had large interests for investors. The company is always investors in the projects, and hereby proves the validity of the projects.

Complete asset management

All investments are made in close cooperation with Obton’s subsidiary, Coin Fondsmaeglerselskab A/S (stockbroker), which is approved by the Danish FSA and subject to the FSA’s strict regulations. Coin works with asset management and provides structured products from The Royal Bank of Scotland. Through Coin, Obton is capable of providing investors complete asset management including investments in PV systems.
